8r4d Day 28 marks four weeks of a #running streak and boy are my arms legs tired. I had to bribe myself to get up off the couch this afternoon and get this one done. Ugh. But a quick 7k finished off another neighbourhood for the gauntlet. And i’m officially done Henderson.

adventuredog A big loop around the dog park for a mid morning #walk made for a peaceful start to the day.

pixelazy I didn’t climb these #stairs on my run tonight, they were my turn-back point, but I did climb them a few weeks ago weeks ago when I walked to the mall this way. They sure look magnificent in the trees and sunlight.

8r4d Day 27 of my May #running streak and I opted to head down to the #rivervalley to get some sunshine trails in. Back on Friday I ran up by the drop off… well the drop off overlooks this particular park span between the two footbridges, or where I was down running this evening. My 3k route (x2 out and back) made for a 6k run and an encounter with about a hundred people out walking, biking, running, or riding one wheeled motorized unicycles.
