8r4d Despite the waning #firesmoke I went out #running late afternoon for day 4 of my streak. The traffic was busy and being the first day of back to school there were a lot of somber looking kids walking home.

8r4d The #firesmoke ruined a perfectly good #running day but I didn’t let it thwart my early ambitions to try for a steak this month. I’ve logged at least 5 klicks three days in a row, not much, but every streak starts with a first, second and third run, right?

8r4d First day of September and the #firesmoke rolls in just in time to cancel our breakfast run plans. Sigh.

8r4d The #nightmarket was an unexpected delight that popped up in our neighbourhood this #longweekend and so we stopped by, wandered around, tried some treats, and maybe we’ll go back when it gets a little darker… it’s just a short walk away after all.

8r4d One more afternoon at #fringefestival 2025 and wandering around #whyteavenue for giggles. I won’t tell you what we saw because it was a bit of a stinker but then that’s what the festival is all about—watching new and weird and creative things and not everything is gonna be amazing, right?
