8r4d Sunday #running and we’re still building up to longer distances as we creep towards the August half marathon. The trail was cool but the suburban streets were a tad too hot for my tastes.

8r4d A pair of 20 year old #trees came down in the #backyard this weekend. They were the last two of five. I took the first three down myself with some misplaced confidence but the last 2 needed some help.
