8r4d #running trails this morning and the green of the trees made for a welcome backdrop to the outing after a long cold winter.

8r4d #running #parkrun this morning was also a celebration of leon’s 100th… I’ve now only run 16 parkruns but they make a pretty big deal out of milestones so a few of us showed up.

8r4d The tomatoes have made the leap from my cozy basement with a gro-light into the fate-tempting climate of my backyard #garden this week. The whole thing is now planted and in the hands of the garden spirits, but I’ll do what I can to help.
