8r4dsfeets Sometimes I feel like I have two left feet out #running

8r4d Our snowy #winter #running adventure was sparsely populated but roundly enjoyed by all who came out. A lot of folks assumed the trails would be a mess but the combination of rain and #snow left them grippy enough to make for a solid 9k loop with decent traction.

8r4dsfeets The traction was under question this morning after a day of freezing rain and an overnight #snow fall. #running #weather

8r4d Got out #running two nights in a row and gotta say it does the heart a solid in more ways than one.

8r4d The weather cooperated for today and so we got the gang back together for what might have been the first good run of 2025. Everyone kinda needed some #running therapy too.
