8r4d Our gradually increasing distances took us into the creek for a chilly #autumn #running adventure on a Sunday morning, the last long run of September. Fifteen klicks was one more than we planned but one less than our race distance just a month away. Still lots of time to build but only a few long run opportunities left as the days get chilly and short again.

8r4d Our Sunday morning #running for the last day of #summer felt very much like an #autumn run through the orange hued trails. We’ve been ramping up our distances as we’ve been training for fall races, so this morning was 12k of rolling creek and suburban paths in the chilly morning air.
