8r4d The biggest challenge of day eight of my #running streak is navigating my timing around tomorrow’s anticipated longer Sunday run. I squeezed in a neighbourhood five kick tour before lunch, and before the heat of the day really set in.... with still lots of recovery time before meeting the crew in the morning.
