8r4d Our first evening in #Vancouver2025 was basically our arrival and transit from the airport to the hotel. We went out for a short wander but everyone was pretty tired, so excitement wasn’t exactly on the agenda.

8r4d Shortly after landing in #YVR for our #Vancouver2025 getaway, the first order of business was hop the train downtown towards our hotel.

8r4dsfeets Those seated in zone 4 are now free to board the plane.

8r4d Our #hilltraining night was bumped to Tuesday this week so my internal #running clock was a little stilted from the change. Still, we cranked out seven repeats.

8r4d It’s been a while since I posted to youtube, but now that spring is here and the trails are starting to warm up, I can take my mittens off for long enough to press the record button and take some more #video of our #running adventures.
