8r4d Finally feeling well enough for a #running adventure and along with a warm #spring six klicks with running friends I got to meet an old coworker’s new baby from w chance encounter on the trail.

8r4d I have been fighting some kind of chest infection since coming home from Vancouver a couple weeks back, and so today was my first serious #running outing since I did my loop of the seawall. And even then I only managed a slog of 8 klicks.
