8r4d I have been fighting some kind of chest infection since coming home from Vancouver a couple weeks back, and so today was my first serious #running outing since I did my loop of the seawall. And even then I only managed a slog of 8 klicks.

8r4d Oh the best laid plans! Originally I was considering a #running streak for April, but starting out on the first of the month with a helluva chest cold meant that tonight’s hill training adventure was my first outing of the month… and we’re at least a quarter of the way thru! So much for April training challenges, huh? And I could only muster five hills anyhow. Zonks!
