castironguy I was experimenting with weird and wonderful flours for my sourdough and I came across coffee flour. At the recommended 20% the bread was black, bitter and almost inedible. But I'm going to try again with a much lower fraction and hope for something better.

adventuredog What's the opposite of a hot dog? Apparently she likes the cold stuff enough to sit stubbornly in the snowy field longing to catch sight of her puppy pals. She didn't see anyone, of course. It's cold out there!

8r4dsfeets Random feets. Before the snow arrived there was some serious #construction happening in our neighborhood, tearing up the local sidewalks as they moved a road about 20 meters closer to fill in some spaces.
