In art supply lingo, a 005 pen refers to a ultrafine point nib pen, probably the smallest generally commercially available size of sketching pen, measuring in at about 0.2mm or 0.05 inches wide. It is often used for super-fine detail work or (in the method I was taught) for neatwork hatching.
