8r4d After nursing my fern back to health over the winter, I figured I’d see if I could get one of the little tendrils to propagate into a whole new plant. This looks like progress! #houseplants

8r4d Oh the best laid plans! Originally I was considering a #running streak for April, but starting out on the first of the month with a helluva chest cold meant that tonight’s hill training adventure was my first outing of the month… and we’re at least a quarter of the way thru! So much for April training challenges, huh? And I could only muster five hills anyhow. Zonks!
