#paris2026 #starwars #disney Star Tours is a classic. Enter the motion simulator and join a runaway cruise that chases through the galaxy fleeing the Empire.
C3P0 finds himself accidentally captaining a ship load of passengers… and one rebel spy. Is it you?
Post: Hoth (or my backyard)
Sunday the 30th of June, 2024, in the morning.
We started collecting those Starbucks #coffee mugs with the stylized art and locations on them a while ago, and they have turned into quite a collection, so much so that we’ve kinda sworn off buying any more. That is also a good thing because they changed up the style in North America and they are hard to find. Sure, the new Disney series doesn’t perfectly match the style of the rest of our collection, but I couldn’t help adding just one more #starwars limited edition to my set. And who says I haven’t been to Hoth anyways?
Post: Millennium Falcon
Friday the 28th of June, 2024, posted at bedtime.
#disney2024 #starwars We logged into another trip on Smugglers Run, the premise being that six people get tossed into a motion simulator version of a borrowed Millennium Falcon to do a cargo run. Each person is assigned a role. The Kid and I were pilots. Karin was a gunner. And the family (including a grandmother and her two very young grandkids behind us who may have just gotten lost and wandered into the ride looking for a bathroom) were the other gunner and the engineers. Needless to say we scored about 30% on the game as the kids howled in confusion behind us, but it was a good time.

#disney2024 day two and after a few quick rides elsewhere we checked out #starwars land in the back of the park, stopping for some pics, of course.
