It’s a strange story, but in the middle of a sleepy blur I bought a deep fryer in 2024 and now I know how fries are truly meant to taste.

homemade #poutine … at least as much as i made it at home, fried the fries from scratch in the ol’ #deepfryer, made some gravy (from a packet) and bought the squeaky curds. It was tasty tho.
